We work in a private boardroom with daylight and take lunch and the apéro in the house. 23 years: Argentine Navy, then corporate finance at Exxon, Microsoft, Pfizer and Novocure, last as Global Treasury Director. Left corporate in 2022. Built and lost a startup the expensive way. Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can describe how your business works, you can build this. The room exists precisely because you're not technical.
What do I bring?
Laptop, and access to the tools your business actually runs on (calendar, email, WhatsApp, booking system, spreadsheets). We build on your reality, not a demo account.
Which language?
The day runs in English. I speak Spanish natively and enough German to follow you (B1). Questions in German are welcome; answers come in English. German-language edition planned if there's demand — tell us. If English is a dealbreaker, tell me before booking and I'll refund you rather than have you sit through a day in the wrong language.
What if I can't make Oct 30?
Tell us. If there's enough interest we run a second date. No promises, just ask.
What happens after?
You have a running system and a 30-day plan. If you want it built out further, the AIOS Sprint (from CHF 4,500) picks up exactly where the day ends. Your seat is credited. Workshop, then Audit, then AIOS: each step credited toward the next.
What if my process needs a developer or a special integration?
Then it's not the process for the day. I'll pick one that runs, and the developer one goes first in your 30-day plan (or the AIOS Sprint builds it).

Yes. Not live by 17:30 means full refund, same week. Simple.
How do I pay?
Card, on this page, via Stripe. Prices include VAT. Your seat is confirmed instantly and the receipt serves as your invoice.
Can I cancel?

What exactly happens on the day?
Doors 08:30, start 09:00. Morning: build your company brain. After lunch: build your chosen workflow. Afternoon: test, break, fix. 16:30: your 30-day plan. 17:30: live, or full refund. Then the terrace apéro until 18:30.
I'm coming from Zürich / Munich / Vienna. Is it worth the trip?
Direct trains to Luzern; the hotel is five minutes from the station. Friday date so you can stay the weekend. Seminar-rate rooms at the Montana on request.
Can I bring my manager?
Yes, partner seat CHF 690, same business, second laptop. They'll be the one using the Brain daily, so it usually pays to have them there.
Can my team use what I build?
Not from the individual Claude account used during the workshop. On the day, the system is built for you in your account. Team access can be mapped as a next step in your 30-day plan; the right setup and additional cost depend on your tools, number of users and privacy requirements.
